Key Responsibilities :
- Engage with potential customers who register on the Appy Pie website.
- Conduct cold calls and follow-ups to understand customer requirements.
- Generate and qualify leads to schedule meetings with prospects.
- Achieve a daily target of 1–2 qualified meetings with client participation.
- Generate additional leads through independent research and outreach.
- Maintain accurate CRM records of client interactions and lead status.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to improve lead conversion.
- Build strong relationships with clients and effectively present Appy Pie's value propositions.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Proven experience in pre-sales, business development, or telesales, preferably in app / website development, SaaS, or IT services.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong ability to understand customer needs and present solutions effectively.Hands-on experience in lead generation and cold calling.Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.Flexible availability across time zones and shifts.Incentive Structure :
INR 500 for each qualified meeting attended by the client.INR 1,000 for each meeting generated through self-sourced leads.5% of total revenue for every lead converted into a paying customer.Skills Required
