Teach group Mat and Reformer classes Provide thoughtful, safe cueing with gentle modifications Build weekly relationships with clients and support their progress Participate in team feedback, training, and development check-ins A genuine, client-first mindset and desire to grow Experience in Mat / Reformer Pilates or Yoga / Physiotherapy Strong verbal cueing and an encouraging teaching style Basic understanding of anatomy and movement principles Willingness to learn, grow, and collaborate Comfortable in English and Hindi Certification from a recognized Pilates school (good to have, not mandatory) Fixed, predictable schedule Above-market pay + incentives Sponsored certifications, workshops & upskilling Mentorship from senior instructors and founders Opportunities to grow into senior roles Inclusive, non-commercial studio vibe where teaching feels aligned with purpose

We’re looking for a warm, motivated Junior Pilates Instructor who wants to grow, learn, and feel supported in a boutique studio environment that truly values people.
- We welcome all applications;
however, due to high client comfort needs and a predominantly female clientele, female instructors are encouraged to apply.

Schedule
Mon–Sat (6 AM–2 PM or 1 PM–9 PM)
(5–6 hours teaching + 1 hour team training + 2–3 hours breaks)
