Job description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Co-ordinate closely with the Legal team for drafting, reviewing, and executing Lease License Agreements (LLA) and Third Party Agreements (TPA).
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers during the agreement process, assisting with document drafting, review, and closure.
  • Manage end-to-end legal documentation processes ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion.
  • Monitor rent payment schedules and proactively follow up with customers on pending or delayed payments.
  • Address and resolve customer grievances promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction and smooth lease operations.
  • Maintain detailed records and track agreements, payments and communications using MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple agreements and follow-ups simultaneously.
  • Maintain attention to detail and a customer-first mind-set while handling legal and financial documentation.

Qualifications :

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer relationship management, leasing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
