Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resource Manager to lead our HR functions within the agro-processing industry. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in talent acquisition through online platforms, a robust network within the industry, and a deep understanding of the sector's human resource needs.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective HR strategies aligned with company objectives.

Manage end-to-end recruitment process using online platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, and other industry-specific portals.

Build and maintain a strong professional network within the agriculture and agro-processing industry.

Screen, interview, and select suitable candidates to meet organizational requirements.

Facilitate onboarding, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.

Ensure compliance with labor laws, industry standards, and company policies.

Coordinate training and development programs to upgrade employee skills.

Handle employee grievances, performance management, and disciplinary actions.

Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports for management.

Qualifications & Skills

Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience in HR management within the agriculture or agro-processing industry preferred.

Strong network and relationships within the industrial sector.

Proficiency in using online recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Good understanding of industry-specific challenges and labor market trends.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience

Minimum 2 years of HR experience, with particular emphasis on recruitment and industry networking.
