Job Description :

An experienced Oracle Fusion ERP Enterprise Architect to lead the design and implementation of Oracle Cloud ERP solutions. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong business acumen, and the ability to align ERP architecture with organizational goals

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.

10+ years of ERP experience, with at least 5 years in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.

Strong understanding of All Oracle Fusion Tracks like RTR, ATR, PTP, QTF, BTC, PTC, PTM etc.

Proven experience in at least 2–3 full-cycle Oracle Fusion ERP implementations.

Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion architecture, APIs, and integration tools (OIC, REST / SOAP, etc.).

Experience with Oracle PaaS, SaaS, and IaaS offerings.

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities :

Solution Design : Architect end-to-end Oracle Fusion ERP solutions across Finance, SCM, Projects, Manufacturing and Procurement modules.

Implementation Leadership : Lead the technical design and configuration of Oracle Fusion applications during implementation projects.

Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with business leaders, IT teams, and third-party vendors to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.

Integration Strategy : Design and oversee integrations between Oracle Fusion and other enterprise systems (e.g., legacy ERP, CRM, third-party apps).

Best Practices : Ensure solutions align with Oracle Cloud best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements.

Documentation : Create and maintain architectural documentation, including solution blueprints, data flows, and technical specifications.

Quality Assurance : Support testing efforts (SIT, UAT) and ensure solution integrity throughout the project lifecycle.

Mentorship : Guide functional and technical teams, providing architectural oversight and technical leadership.
