Key Responsibilities

Investor Relations : Act as a bridge between Mufin Group and its investors, maintaining transparent and timely communication.

Reporting & Communication : Prepare and deliver investor presentations, quarterly updates, and business performance reports.

Fundraising Support : Assist senior leadership in preparing materials for equity / debt fundraising and investor pitches.

Financial Analysis : Develop and maintain financial models, analyze business performance, and support strategic decision-making.

Research & Insights : Track industry trends, peer performance, and market developments in NBFC / Fintech and green energy.

Compliance & Governance : Ensure accuracy and consistency in financial disclosures and adherence to reporting standards.

Ideal Candidate

Proficiency with PowerPoint

previous experience investor relation

Education : B. Com + MBA (Finance preferred). CFA Level I cleared is a strong advantage.

Experience : 1–3 years in investment banking, equity research, treasury, or investor relations.

Skills :

Excellent presentation and communication skills (PowerPoint mastery a must)

Strong analytical skills

Basic Understanding of capital markets, fundraising, and financial reporting

Ability to distil complex financial data into clear investor narratives

Mindset : Proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about capital markets
