Cybersecurity Operations Specialist

We are seeking a Network Security Technician to provide hands-on support for the deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of critical network security infrastructure. This role serves as the frontline in ensuring that network security systems remain reliable and effective.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically skilled, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. They will focus on practical implementation and maintenance, working closely with engineers and architects to support secure network operations.

Required qualifications include an Associate or Bachelor's degree in IT, Networking, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience, and 1–3 years of experience in IT support, networking, or security operations.

Familiarity with firewalls, VPNs, IDS / IPS, and network monitoring tools is essential, along with strong troubleshooting skills for network and security device configurations. Excellent communication skills are also required, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
