Learning & Growth Consultant – GIofAI Academy

Location : Remote / Global

Employment Type : Full-time

GIofAI Academy is a global leader in AI and Data Executive Learning, helping individuals and organisations upskill for the future of work. We are expanding rapidly and seeking a high-performing Learning & Growth Consultant to drive both B2B corporate training sales and B2C professional enrollments.

About the Role

This is not a typical education sales job — it’s a fast-paced, results-oriented role for someone who knows how to close. You’ll work with L&D and HR leaders worldwide, sell AI & Data certification exams, and engage individual professionals looking to transform their careers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire and manage new corporate training accounts globally.
  • Sell AI and Data certification exams, executive learning, and mentorship programs to B2B and B2C clients.
  • Drive revenue growth through targeted outreach and consultative selling.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships across regions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 2–5 years’ proven experience in corporate training, EdTech, or executive learning sales.
  • Demonstrated success in B2B account acquisition and B2C conversions.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly driven, self-motivated, and relentless in achieving results.
