Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager in Vadodara. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing client relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing the recruitment process, coordinating with clients to understand their staffing needs, and providing excellent client service. The Account Manager will also be involved in contract negotiations and business development to promote HTD Resources' services.

Qualifications

• Client Relationship Management and Client Service skills
• Experience in Recruitment, Staffing, and Talent Acquisition
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Business Development and Contract Negotiation experience
• Ability to work on-site in Vadodara
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Experience in the staffing industry is a Mandatory
