Head of Global Service Delivery (Remote)
The
Head of Service Delivery
will lead the
global execution, governance, and performance
of all client projects across the
Medical Devices, Pharmaceuticals, and Consumer Goods
sectors.
The role oversees diverse service lines —
Legal Representation (LR / MAH / US Agent), Regulatory Operations, Import–Export & Warehousing, and Distribution-as-a-Service (DaaS)
— ensuring every engagement is delivered
on time, compliant, and client-centric .
Key Responsibilities
Lead global service delivery across functions with clear governance, SOPs, and accountability.
Drive
SLA compliance, operational excellence, and profitability
across engagements.
Strengthen client partnerships through proactive communication and retention strategies.
Mentor and align cross-functional teams across Regulatory, LR, and Logistics operations.
Champion
continuous improvement, automation, and process standardization .
Qualifications
Bachelor’s / Master’s in
Life Sciences, Operations, or Business Management .
15+ years
in Service Delivery or Operations, preferably in
MedTech, Pharma, or Healthcare Services .
Proven leadership in global delivery, compliance, and client governance.
Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in
CRM systems, analytics, and process automation .
