Creative Visual Senior Designer

The Role

As our Senior Visual & Creative Designer, you’ll lead the development of compelling digital visuals across ads, social, and branded content. You’ll be expected to  move fast ,  think on your feet , and produce high-quality work under tight timelines—hallmarks of the agency world. You’ll also play a key role in  quality-controlling junior designers’ work , ensuring everything we ship is on-brand, on-brief, and pixel-perfect.

If you have UI / UX experience and are skilled in Figma, that’s a strong plus—but the core of this role is  creative direction, visual storytelling, and execution .

What You’ll Do

• Own and drive the design of  digital ad campaigns ,  social content , and  branded visuals .
• Create engaging static and animated assets for platforms like Meta, TikTok, , and Google Display.
• Lead visual ideation and execution in a fast-paced agency setting with tight turnarounds.
• Review and  QC design work from junior team members , freelancers, or partners.
• Maintain and evolve brand visual guidelines across platforms and clients.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, copy, and product teams to translate concepts into visual reality.
• Work in  Figma  (preferred) and Adobe Creative Suite to produce and manage scalable, high-quality design assets.
• Optionally contribute to UI / UX or landing page design work, if experienced.
