Role Overview

We’re looking for a

Business Analyst

skilled in Excel and SQL to support data-driven decision-making across teams. Experience with Python is a strong plus. You will analyze large datasets, generate actionable insights, and help improve business performance.

Key Responsibilities

Extract, clean, and analyze data using

SQL

and

Excel

to support marketing, operations, and sales teams.

Build dashboards, reports, and automated tools to monitor key business metrics.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into business actions.

Assist in data validation and quality checks.

Use Python (optional but preferred) for advanced data manipulation and analysis.

Support ad hoc analyses and present findings clearly to stakeholders.

Requirements

2–4 years of experience as a data analyst or in a similar role.

Strong proficiency in

Excel

(pivot tables, advanced formulas).

Expert-level

SQL

skills for querying large datasets.

Familiarity with

Python

for data analysis is a strong advantage.

Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.

Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a startup environment.
