Roles and Responsibilities.

Project Delivery : Oversee the complete delivery of SuccessFactors projects, ensuring adherence to quality, timelines, and budget.

Risk Management : Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.

Best Practices : Master Communication, Risk and issue management, Drive Stakeholder Communication & Alignment.

Support Activities : Assist in pre-sales, business development, and managing Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Stakeholder Engagement : Secure effort approvals from clients and manage freelance resources effectively.

Requirements

Qualifications :

Minimum 2 years in project management.

Hand on working experience in

Any IT Projects.

Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors project implementation or support is a plus.

PMP or SAP Activate methodology certification is preferred

Strong understanding of SuccessFactors and SAP S4 architecture, functionality, and roadmap.

Familiarity with cutover processes, documentation, and project management tools.

PMO Certification good have.

Skills :

Proficiency in Excel, documentation, and PowerPoint.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Experience in preparing proposals and weekly status reports.
