WhatNext Overseas is looking for a dedicated and detail-driven Overseas Processing Specialist to be part of our dynamic Study Abroad team. Designation : Overseas Processing specialist

Qualification : Any graduates with good communication skills

Experience : 2 years minimum in Overseas education with expertise in US and Australian Applicationprocessing.

Job Description :

The ideal candidate must have proven experience in processing and documentation, within education, immigration, or international student services.

Key Responsibilities :

• Analyse the student profile before starting the process
• Handle and process student applications for studying abroad in the US / Australia- accurately and efficiently.
• Verify and maintain documentation related to student admissions, visas, and scholarships.
• Coordinate communication between students, educational institutions, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with institutional and regulatory guidelines for student processing.
• Update and manage student records, databases, and application statuses.
• Support the Study Abroad team with administrative tasks and reporting as needed.
• Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies during the application process.
