Key Responsibilities :Technical Support for E-Learning Platforms :Provide technical support for e-learning platforms and tools, addressing any issues faced by users (students, instructors, and administrators).Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to e-learning systems, ensuring minimal disruption to learning.Collaboration with Instructional Designers :Work closely with instructional designers and educators to enhance the overall e-learning experience .Collaborate to improve course delivery , integrate new tools, and address technical concerns in the learning process.System Maintenance & Updates :Maintain and update e-learning systems and content to ensure systems are functional and up-to-date.Ensure that the platforms are compatible with the latest technology standards and updates, providing seamless learning experiences.End-User Training & Support :Provide training and support to end-users (students, teachers, and administrators) on how to use e-learning tools and technologies effectively.Develop user guides, tutorials, and FAQs to assist end-users in navigating and utilizing e-learning platforms.Monitoring & Reporting :Monitor system performance and address any technical glitches promptly.Track recurring technical issues and provide reports to management with suggestions for improvements.Qualifications and Skills :Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science , Information Technology , Education Technology , or a related field.Experience :Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support or a related role in e-learning platforms or education technology .Experience in troubleshooting issues related to learning management systems (LMS), virtual classrooms , and other e-learning tools .Skills Required
