Overall service delivery of the region.- Manage escalations with closure in a timely manner.- Ensure right expectation setting for the team, ability to maximise performance of the team.- Ensure optimum utilization of all technology tools that are implemented from time to time.- Ensure / oversee preparation end to end for all audits.- Publish timely and relevant reports for client and senior management.
