Junior Automation Engineer - Test Framework Development

Role Overview :

We are looking for a talented and motivated Junior Automation Engineer with hands-on expertise in UI Path, Automation Testing, C#, Selenium, and Test Framework Development. The candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and maintaining automation frameworks to ensure high-quality delivery of RPA and software applications.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain robust automation test frameworks using C# and Selenium.
• Create, execute, and optimize BDD / SpecFlow-based automation test scripts.
• Implement UI Path automation workflows for RPA testing.
• Perform test automation using TestComplete and maintain automation suites.
• Conduct data-driven testing and behavior-driven development (BDD) to improve test coverage.
• Execute and analyze performance testing using JMeter / LoadRunner (preferred).
• Integrate test automation into CI / CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.).
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and business analysts to ensure end-to-end test coverage.
• Troubleshoot automation issues, identify bottlenecks, and optimize test efficiency.
• Maintain detailed documentation of test processes, scripts, and results.
