Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Doors and Hardware Estimator. The Estimator will be responsible for estimating costs and materials for doors and hardware installations, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring project timelines are met.

What we would need is a detailed takeoff showing the specs such as wood species, colors, door finishes, core types, brand specifications, value engineering options, and then potentially pricing these out through our various manufacturers. This would be the only way the takeoffs would be of time savings to us

Qualifications

• Estimating and Cost Analysis skills
• Knowledge of doors and hardware materials
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Project management skills
• Experience with construction software is a plus
• Effective communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
