Ideal candidates will possess a robust background in architecture, particularly in the realm of residential luxury villas. This role focuses strictly on architectural expertise and does not encompass interior design.Qualifications : Education : Bachelor of Architecture (B Arch) is mandatory;

Site Oversight : Conduct regular site visits to monitor execution quality, provide guidance, and document observations.11. Design Solutions : Proactively address design-related challenges and offer effective technical solutions to construction teams.12. Final Inspections : Oversee snagging and final inspections prior to handover, ensuring completion meets all specifications.Required Skills : Strong proficiency in creating and delivering PowerPoint presentations.Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with SketchUp;
