Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily operations of multiple sites, ensuring operational excellence and adherence to brand standards
- Mentor and coach store Managers to achieve business goals and improve customer satisfaction
- Analyze financial reports, manage P&L, and implement cost-control measures to optimize profitability
- Foster a positive work environment, promote teamwork, and develop staff members
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, sanitation standards, and company policies
- Drive sales growth, monitor industry trends, and implement best practices
Requirements :
1- 2+ years of experience in multi-unit restaurant management, QSR segment or an MNC in a similar roleProven track record of operational improvements and business growthStrong leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks, and adapt to changing situationsflexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidaysBachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferredAdvanced certifications in Food Safety, Operations, or Leadership desirableWhat We Offer :
