Key Responsibilities :
Ownership of core product metrics (engagement, retention, funnels).
Analysis of lead flow, conversions, and channel effectiveness.
Reporting on campaign effectiveness utilizing marketing tools.
Collaborative design and execution of deep-dive analyses.
Building self-serve analytics infrastructure (dashboards, cohorts, funnels).
Exploration of internal and external datasets for optimization and expansion opportunities.
Collection and analysis of customer feedback.
Investigation of data fluctuations.
Collaboration with stakeholders to resolve identified issues.
Leading descriptive and prescriptive analytics, including A / B and multivariate testing.
Creation of insightful reports.
Experience with NLP and text mining is a plus.
Shaping growth strategies from both marketing and operational perspectives.
Decoding audience behavior to drive informed decision-making.
Communicating compelling insights and recommendations to diverse audiences, including senior leadership.
The Ideal Candidate :
Product Expertise : 5+ years of experience in e-commerce or customer experience products, with a strong passion for driving impact. This includes a deep understanding of product funnels, acquisition sources, user retention, and behavioral analytics.
Data Analysis & Tools :
Experienced with tools like Adobe Omniture, Google Analytics.
Advanced Excel skills for analysis and business modeling.
Proficiency in descriptive and inferential statistical analysis.
Deep experience with PowerBI. Tableau and Looker will be plus.
Customer Journey Analysis : Skilled in extracting and interpreting data from platforms such as Adwords Panel, Meta Panel, and Mailchimp / Klaviyo dashboards to identify and address issues in customer journeys, traffic, and its correlation with web performance.
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills : Possesses strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Statistical Modeling : Adept at developing statistical models and cohorts to derive insights and present conclusions to stakeholders.
Market Research & UX Understanding : Solid understanding of market research methodologies and user experience principles.
Platform Experience : Experienced with product management and analytics platforms, including Jira, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, and Amplitude.
Communication & Stakeholder Management : Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
