Job Responsibilities :

As a Sales Associate at Granimals, your primary responsibilities will include :

  • Client Outreach : Proactively reach out to potential clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media, to introduce them to Granimals' services.
  • Consultative Selling : Understand the needs and goals of potential clients and provide them with tailored solutions that address their specific rehabilitation requirements.
  • Product Knowledge : Maintain a deep understanding of Granimals' services, pricing, and value proposition to effectively communicate these to clients.
  • Sales Quotas : Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs to contribute to the company's revenue growth.
  • Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
  • Sales Reporting : Keep accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions using CRM software.
  • Market Research : Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies.
  • Qualifications :

    To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications :

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in healthcare or related fields.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for achieving results.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
