Job Responsibilities :
As a Sales Associate at Granimals, your primary responsibilities will include :
Client Outreach : Proactively reach out to potential clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media, to introduce them to Granimals' services.Consultative Selling : Understand the needs and goals of potential clients and provide them with tailored solutions that address their specific rehabilitation requirements.Product Knowledge : Maintain a deep understanding of Granimals' services, pricing, and value proposition to effectively communicate these to clients.Sales Quotas : Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs to contribute to the company's revenue growth.Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.Sales Reporting : Keep accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions using CRM software.Market Research : Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies.Qualifications :
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications :
