Implementation Specialist – Delivery Operations

Job descriptionUnderstand client requirements and translate them into system configurations within Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams for setup, Ensure all implementation tasks are tracked, updated, and completed as per defined Maintain detailed documentation, delivery status reports, and client communication Conduct validation and sanity checks post-deployment to ensure the solution is Use Excel / Google Sheets actively for reporting and maintaining delivery records. Provide clear updates to internal and external stakeholders throughout the Manage all tickets and delivery tasks for assigned clientele proactively and without Experience : 1–3 years of SaaS Implementation or Delivery experience, preferably in Education : BE / B.Tech, or Graduation with MBA (MBA preferred). Strong understanding of SaaS implementation workflows and client Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (mandatory). Good communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to understand business use cases and translate them into product Highly organized and accountable, capable of independently managing assigned
