Role Description

This is a full-time Test Lead role located on-site in India. The Test Lead will be responsible for managing the testing activities, executing test plans, developing test strategies, and ensuring quality assurance throughout the software development lifecycle. The Test Lead will lead a team of testers, oversee test execution, and provide valuable feedback to stakeholders to ensure the highest quality of the final product.

Qualifications

• Skills in Test Management, Test Execution
• Proficiency in developing Test Strategies and overseeing Testing processes
• Experience in Quality Assurance methodologies
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• ISTQB certification is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
