Job Description Job Title Manager – Human Resources Location Gurugram Department Human Resources Function HR Operations Reporting to Senior Manager- Operations Experience 6-10 Years Function Summary The HR Operations function is responsible for managing payroll, attendance and leave management. Job Summary The incumbent will be responsible for managing payroll for 10000+ FTEs / PTAs, Full and Final Settlement for 1500+ employees every month, handling internal and external audits, Compliances like PF, ESIC, LWF, Professional Tax etc. This individual will be responsible for handling the payroll vendor. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : -
- Process error free and timely payroll for 10000+ employees.
- Process error free and timely F&F settlements for 1500+ employees per month.
- Process Compliances for active and inactive employees (PF, LWF, ESIC, labour returns, Gratuity, etc.).
- Payroll & exit related vendor management.
- Review update policies on a regular basis.
- Close internal and external audits in a timely manner.
- Partner with cross functional teams, employees, COE, service leaders in HR service delivery.
- Make & Publish Regular Dashboards for all areas.
- Identify and improve processes through digitization and simplification.
- Ensure HR governance, policies and procedures in accordance with the law.
- Leads a team with effective coaching and development. Key skills required
