ROLE OVERVIEW
The UKG Application Support Analyst / Associate Consultant will be responsible for day-to-day support of UKG applications, including issue resolution, system configuration, and user enablement. This role will serve as both a technical and functional resource, ensuring that system performance, user adoption, and overall satisfaction with UKG solutions remain high.
WHAT YOU GET TO DO
Application SupportProvide frontline support for UKG applications, including timekeeping, scheduling, payroll, and workforce management modules.Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, escalating to senior analysts or vendors when necessary.Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues.Configuration & MaintenanceAssist with configuration changes and system updates to meet evolving business needs.Support testing of upgrades, patches, and integrations to ensure system reliability.Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, processes, and known issues.User Support & TrainingServe as a resource for end-users, providing guidance and “how-to” support for UKG features.Develop knowledge articles, quick reference guides, and training content to improve adoption.Identify recurring user challenges and recommend process or system improvements.CollaborationPartner with HR, IT, and operations teams to align application support with organizational objectives.Collaborate with vendors and consultants to resolve complex issues and optimize system use. WHAT YOU BRINGEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Information Systems, HR Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).1–3 years of experience in application support, HRIS, or workforce management systems.Direct exposure to UKG (Kronos, Workforce Dimensions, or Workforce Central) is preferred.Technical & Functional SkillsFamiliarity with HR, payroll, or workforce management processes.Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.Ability to support configuration changes, testing, and system documentation.Soft SkillsStrong communication and customer service orientation.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.Eagerness to learn and grow into more advanced HRIS or consulting roles.Must be able to work for a US based company without requiring visa sponsorship.MORE ABOUT WIMMER SOLUTIONS
