A vision that has been recognised for the tenth year running with us being awarded Anaplan EMEA Partner of the Year for 2025.Role OpportunityWe are looking for experienced, certified Anaplanners to join our Professional Services Team and deploy their knowledge and skillset to ensure that we support our customer base.This is a hybrid role, between user support and technical support : you will work closely with business users to understand their issues, guide them in their day-to-day use of the application, and investigate data or calculation problems, while also leveraging your Anaplan model building expertise when needed. The role is mainly focused on support with limited build responsibilities.We have immediate full-time positions available in our Professional Services Team located in India and working remotely.Reports to : TBC - Head of Delivery Excellence / Head of Customer CareLocation : Remote (India)Direct Reports : N / APackage : Competitive - based on experienceWorking hours : Flexible schedule may be required to support international marketsKey Responsibilities- User & Access Management : Provisioning / de-provisioning users, managing access rights, bulk updates during organisational changes.- IncidentManagement (L1) : Provide frontline support to end-users (logging and qualifying tickets, access / navigation issues), resolving simple and recurring issues, and escalating when needed.- Incident Management (L2) Perform functional analysis of model-related issues (calculation errors, workflow inconsistencies, data import / export failures). Dive into the data to identify root causes and provide guidance to users during critical planning cycles.- User Support & Business Analysis : Act as a trusted partner for local business users—listen to their needs, understand the problem, analyse data, and guide them in using Anaplan effectively.- Collaboration : Work closely with colleagues in EMEA and other regions to deliver high-quality support and ensure knowledge sharing.- Knowledge Management : Contribute to documentation, FAQs, and onboarding materials for end-users.- Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities to streamline processes, prevent recurring issues, and suggest enhancements for Run & Build alignment.Key Pre-RequisitesTo be successful in the role, you must possess the following skills : - To be successful in the role, you must possess the following skills : - Anaplan Certified Model Builder, with at least 2 yearsʼ experience in model building and supporting live models.- Strong skills in troubleshooting, data analysis, and business process understanding.- Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.- Experience acting as a business analyst : gathering requirements, understanding user needs, and guidingthem in tool usage.- Proficiency in Excel; experience with data integration tools is a plus.- Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently.- Flexibility to work in shifted hours when needed to support global markets.Desirable skills- Certified Anaplan Solution Architect.- Designing and building complex Anaplan Models.
