Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive with 1–2 years of experience to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for driving on-ground sales, building dealer / distributor relationships, generating leads, and ensuring sales targets are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively engage in field visits to meet dealers, distributors, and customers.
- Generate new leads and expand the dealer / distributor network for client brands.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the management.
- Conduct product demos, explain benefits, and resolve queries for prospects.
- Collect market insights, competitor activities, and customer feedback to share with the marketing team.
- Maintain accurate records of daily visits, leads, and closures using CRM or reporting formats.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure smooth execution of sales deals.
- Support client activations, on-ground campaigns, and promotional events whenever required.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).1–2 years of proven field sales or on-ground sales experience.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.Proficiency in local language(s) and Hindi / Bengali.Willingness to travel extensively as per business requirements.What We Offer
