Role Summary

We are looking for a full-stack developer with around three years of experience in React.js and Node.js. The role requires strong ownership of frontend and backend development, API handling, UI integration, and production-quality delivery. You will work from the office and use your own laptop under the BYOD policy.

Key Responsibilities

Frontend (React.js)

1.

Build responsive, interactive UI using React.js and modern component libraries.

2.

Develop reusable components, maintain clean UI architecture, and optimize performance.

3.

Integrate REST / GraphQL APIs and manage global / local state effectively.

4.

Ensure mobile responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility.

Backend (Node.js)

1.

Develop REST / GraphQL APIs using Node.js, Express / Nest.js.

2.

Implement authentication, authorization, input validation, and secure server-side logic.

3.

Handle integrations, background tasks, and structured API responses.

4.

Ensure API performance, error monitoring, and logging.

Database

1.

Work with PostgreSQL / MySQL / MongoDB or similar databases.

2.

Design schemas, write optimized queries, and ensure data accuracy.

3.

Perform indexing, migrations, and database-level optimizations.

General Engineering

1.

Follow clean code principles, modular structure, and maintainable architecture.

2.

Work with Git, branching strategies, and CI / CD pipelines.

3.

Debug issues end-to-end across UI, backend, and database layers.

4.

Participate in code reviews and technical planning.

Required Skills

Strong React.js knowledge with JavaScript / TypeScript.

Solid backend experience with Node.js and API development.

Good understanding of authentication (JWT, OAuth), sessions, cookies, and security best practices.

Experience working with SQL / NoSQL databases.

Familiarity with Git, pipelines, and common cloud deployment environments.

Good to Have

Experience with MUI, Tailwind, ShadCN, Chakra, or other modern UI kits.

Basic Python scripting exposure.

Understanding of Docker, queues, caching, or microservices architecture.

Experience working with data-heavy UIs or dashboards.

Work Environment

Mandatory Work From Office (WFO).

BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) — candidate must use a personal laptop meeting minimum specifications.

Ideal Candidate

Minimum 3 years of hands-on full-stack development.

Comfortable working independently and taking end-to-end ownership.

Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills.
