Job descriptionCreating new cost-efficient organic products Improving existing products. Carrying out field trials. Assisting & training the field team with technical inputs. In-depth working & knowledge of micro-organisms in Agriculture, Aquaculture, and Wastewater treatment. Basic Microbiological & Molecular techniques. Working knowledge of bio-remediation & probiotics. Proven track record of creating new microbial products / processes in Agriculture, Aquaculture and wastewater treatment. Experience in R&D in the biotech industry. Knowledge of filing patents. Planning and carrying out field trials. An inquisitive mind to offer ideas and suggestions from time to time. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Attention to detail. Strong analytical, Learning and adaptability skills. Problem-Solving skills Open-mindedness to new and innovative ideas Results driven and having a strong bias for action. Initiative and drive. Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently. Drive to create new ecological solutions. Open to extensive travel. M.Sc. in Microbiology or related fields. 6- 8 years’ experience to fulfil expectations.
