Site Execution & Installation Management (Mechanical In Charge)

• Plan and execute daily site activities based on MS Project and POD.
• Manage crane planning, mobilization, and heavy material movement.
• Supervise WTG installation activities, ensuring alignment with drawings and specifications.
• Allocate work to contractors and engineers; monitor labor, tools, and equipment.
• Conduct site inspections and verify material readiness, safety, and compliance.
• Ensure proper execution of internal line works and survey-based layouts.
• Coordinate contractor attendance, skill card verification, and toolbox talks.
• Support customer inspections and ensure timely sign-off of milestones (WCC).
• Resolve execution and commissioning queries through cross-functional coordination.

Mechanical & Technical Oversight

Should have relevant expereince in wind project execution and willing to work across Pan India.
