Job Title : QA Engineer (Playwright) – Senior II
Location : Gurgoan, India

Salary Range : 16-22 LPA
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and optimize scalable automation frameworks using Playwright with TypeScript / JavaScript.
- Automate tests across APIs and backend systems, integrating pipelines into CI / CD tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or CircleCI.
- Lead test strategy discussions and participate proactively in Agile ceremonies.
- Maintain test stability, debug failures, and drive continuous improvements in test automation.
- Create and own test plans, strategies, and release documentation.
- Mentor junior engineers on automation, coding best practices, and QA methodologies.
- Perform backend validation using SQL / PostgreSQL / MySQL.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless quality delivery.
- Contribute to performance, security, and cloud-based QA strategies (AWS, Docker / Kubernetes) where applicable.
Requirements
5–7 years of total experience in Quality Assurance.Strong programming background in JavaScript / TypeScript, including design patterns, data structures, and debugging.1–2 years hands-on experience with Playwright automation.Proven ability to write well-structured, production-quality automation code.Experience designing and maintaining automation frameworks for large-scale systems.Practical experience in API testing and backend validation.Strong problem-solving and ownership skills in dynamic Agile environments.Deep understanding of QA methodologies, Agile principles, and the software test lifecycle.Nice to have : experience with cloud environments (AWS), Docker / Kubernetes, performance, and security testing tools.Benefits
