Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Performance Marketing Manager located in Bengaluru. The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for strategizing and executing digital marketing campaigns, optimizing marketing channels, analyzing campaign performance, and ensuring goals are achieved within budget. Key responsibilities also include identifying market trends, managing advertising platforms, driving customer acquisition strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance campaign effectiveness and user engagement.
Qualifications
It would broadly encapsulate Digital marketing activities, developing project specific promotion material like Ad copies / renders / animation, consumer research, developing and managing web content, product and process innovation, competitive analysis, Campaign Management & tracking marketing + pre-sales + sales data.
Planning, execution & tracking of campaigns across Facebook, Google, Affiliate, Push, WhatsApp and other marketing channels.
User / Target group segmentation and media consumption mapping (end-user segmentation).
Project wise lead generation plan.
Messaging for channel wise deployment (multi end user segments) : Marketing Channel’s project wise calendar.
Collateral Development concept(Marketing Briefs) and sign-off (Ad-copies, static & video creatives) marketing collateral before launching marketing campaigns.
Media Management for integrated marketing campaigns.
Brief the creative team & work with them to develop impact campaign ads for the brand.
Coordinate with various Business & Creative to ensure timely release of the advertisement, Tracking of campaign response.
Overall Campaign Management & Tracking ROAS :
Achievement of marketing targets to supplement sales targets.
Marketing spend efficiency tracking CPL, CPSchd, CPSV on weekly, MTD basis.
Accommodating pre-sales feedback & tweak Marketing Campaigns to optimize demand basis supply.
Timely availability of the promotional material for various projects
Effective support to the pre-sales / sales department.
Timely release of ads.
Key Competencies :
Engineering or MBA degree would be preferred.
3+ years of experience in performance & retention marketing preferably in real-estate firm / channel partner.
Hands on experience on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Programmatic Platforms & Affiliate Networks.
Good understanding of CRM , Push Notifications, Whatsapp Campaigns, SMS, and Email marketing.
Hands-on experience on tools such as Moengage / Webengage GA, etc would be preferred.
Data-driven to identify trends, insights and make decisions to improve campaign performance.
Proficiency in MS Excel / Sheets and Basic SQL is preferred.
