Job Title
Digital Twin / BIM Specialist – Construction Management (Mumbai-based)
About the Company
Amarilla operates in India, Argentina and the USA, delivering Custom Homes and Iconic Construction Projects with precision, transparency, and technology as core drivers of execution.
Join our Mumbai Team.
About the Role
This is not a conventional BIM modeling job. This role owns the digital representation of our projects as the single source of truth that connects design, schedule, cost, quality, field activity, and predictive analytics into a living operational layer.
The right candidate will evolve our Digital Twin from a coordinated model into the operational nerve center of the company, where BIM meets scheduling logic, 5D cost control, and live field data, enabling real-time decision making and project intelligence.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain the Digital Twin as the central operational model for active projects, integrating design models with scheduling (4D), cost data (5D), change orders, RFIs, field tickets, and site inputs.
Coordinate with field teams, and cost control to ensure all project data is continuously reflected and structured in the digital environment.
Develop and manage BIM models beyond geometry, embedding data structures, parameters, and logic that connect model elements with schedule, quantities, and financial performance.
Support change management by updating models to reflect approved variations and linking them directly to program and budget impacts.
Prototype integrations and automations that connect the Digital Twin to other internal systems such as data platforms and field apps
Drive the evolution of our BIM and digital twin strategy from model coordination into a full operational data layer.
Qualifications
Strong experience with BIM authoring tools such as Revit, Navisworks, or similar, and data-rich model development.
Clear understanding of 4D and 5D principles, linking models with schedule, cost, and performance metrics.
Ability to design and manage model data structures beyond geometry, including parameters, metadata, and classifications.
Familiarity with construction project workflows, change management, and cost control processes.
Experience integrating BIM with external systems such as APIs, databases, or field tools is preferred.
Analytical and structured approach to connecting model data with real-world project execution.
Self-driven and capable of owning a core operational system from day one.
Location
Hybrid, Mumbai based. Full-time, long-term role.
