Looking for a highly experienced Node JS & NestJS developer involves designing, developing, and maintaining server-side applications using the Node JS & NestJS framework, often with TypeScripThe ideal candidate should bring deep expertise in backend development, Node.JS, Nest JS MongoDB, SQL / NoSQL, data automation, streaming technologies and a proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional and offshore teams

• Solid experience in designing, developing, and maintaining server-side applications using the Node JS & NestJS framework, often with TypeScript.
• Database management : Work with databases, often NoSQL databases like MongoDB, and perform tasks like optimization
• Code quality : Adhere to best practices for code quality using linters like ESLint and formatters like Prettier.
• Deployment and CI / CD : Deploy applications and manage release activities using tools like Docker and Git.
• Collaboration : Work with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers and product teams, to integrate features seamlessly.
• Mentorship : In senior roles, mentor junior developers and contribute to technical decision-making.
• Testing : Implement and maintain robust testing strategies using tools such as Jest to ensure code quality and stability.
• Manage structured and unstructured datasets using MongoDB, NoSQL, and SQL databases.
• Implement and maintain real-time streaming pipelines
• Generate synthetic data to simulate diverse retail scenarios for development and testing.
• Apply data encryption and masking techniques to protect sensitive information and meet compliance requirements (PCI-DSS, GDPR, CCPA).
