MS Office certification / part of curriculum

Knowledge

Selling customer service

Basic knowledge of Jewellery - Gold, Diamond, Platinum and Silverwill be an added advantage

Basic knowledge of Point of Sale system (POS)

Extended working hours during weekends, Festivals and season time

Communicate with the customer via calls / email and resolve all the post sale queries

Addressing all customer queries

Following up with the customers

Timely responding to the customers

Retaining the existing and new customers

Coordinate with inter departmental personnel

Working on ERP system, Magento, Ameo etc.
