Job descriptionStrong proficiency in backend development with JavaScript (Node.js) and / or Python. Deep understanding of data architecture, software design, and coding best practices. Solid experience with MongoDB. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Linux environments. Hands-on experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP , etc.). Proven track record in a startup environment, navigating ambiguity and delivering results. Bonus points for : Docker, Nginx, Redis, handling large datasets, and server monitoring / observability experience.

You'll be :
- A key player in designing and developing new and existing backend features.
- Building internal tools to streamline company operations.
- Taking ownership of complete backend projects from concept to deployment.
- Focused on enhancing the reliability and performance of our tech infrastructure.
