Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment for internal recruiter positions
• Sourcing profiles through job portals, social platforms, referrals & professional networks
• Screening, interviewing & evaluating candidates as per role-fitment
• Coordinating recruitment operations, follow-ups, and documentation
• Supporting employee engagement and internal communication initiatives
