Role Description

This is a full-time onsite role for a Project Manager located in Hyderabad. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with design and construction teams, expediting processes, conducting inspections, managing logistics, and ensuring seamless execution of projects. Effective communication and leadership skills are crucial to this role.

Qualifications

Project Management skills, including expertise in coordinating and managing projects

Logistics Management skills, ensuring efficient handling of materials and resources

Expediting and Expeditor skills, streamlining project processes and timelines

Inspection skills, ensuring quality control and compliance with standards

Experience with BOQ preparation

Excellent leadership and communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field

Experience in the design and construction industry is a plus
