Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Receptionist located in Nagpur. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for greeting and assisting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, performing clerical duties, managing appointments, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves maintaining the reception area and handling inquiries and communication efficiently.

Qualifications

• Phone Etiquette and Customer Service skills
• Receptionist Duties including greeting and assisting visitors
• Clerical Skills such as managing appointments and performing administrative tasks
• Strong Communication skills
• Experience in a similar role is a plus
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
• High school diploma or equivalent
