Job description

Job Title : Sales and Operations Executive

Location : Kormangla Bangalore

Salary : 22,000-40,000

Languages : English, Hindi,Kannada and one local language

Shift-Full-time shift

Job Summary :

The Sales and Operations Executive is responsible for driving business growth through effective sales strategies while ensuring smooth day-to-day operational management. This role combines customer relationship management, sales promotion, and administrative oversight to achieve organizational targets and deliver a seamless client experience.

Key Responsibilities :

Sales Responsibilities :

  • Promote the clinic’s services to new and existing clients to increase revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, referral partners, and corporate clients.
  • Handle patient inquiries, explain treatment packages, and convert leads into appointments.
  • Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Support marketing initiatives such as health camps, awareness drives, and online promotions.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for local advertising and social media campaigns.

Operations Responsibilities :

  • Oversee daily operations of the clinic to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Coordinate schedules between physiotherapists and patients.
  • Manage front desk, billing, and appointment systems.
  • Monitor inventory of equipment and consumables.
  • Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and readiness of the clinic at all times.
  • Supervise support staff and ensure adherence to company policies.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues promptly.
  • Prepare daily / weekly / monthly reports for management.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, operations, or customer service (healthcare experience preferred).
