We are looking for an Order Management Executive who will act as the bridge between clients, designers, and production teams — ensuring all print jobs are processed accurately, delivered on time, and meet client expectations.
Job Summary
The Order Management Executive will be responsible for managing customer orders from start to finish — including order intake, job setup, coordination with design and production teams, client communication, approvals, and tracking deliveries.
This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, strong attention to detail, and an understanding of printing processes, timelines, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, review, and enter print orders from clients into the system accurately.
- Coordinate with the design / prepress team to ensure artwork and specifications are correct before production.
- Communicate with clients for artwork approvals, corrections, or clarification on order details.
- Create and maintain job tickets, work orders, and production schedules .
- Track each order through every stage — from design → print → finishing → dispatch.
- Follow up with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely job completion and delivery.
- Handle change requests, reprints, and rush orders efficiently.
- Maintain proper documentation and client records in CRM or order management software.
- Work closely with the sales team to keep customers informed about job status and resolve any post-delivery issues.
- Provide weekly reporting on order volumes, job turnaround, and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications
2+ years of experience in order management, print production coordination, or customer service (printing industry preferred).Strong understanding of printing processes (digital, offset, large-format).Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).Ability to multitask and manage multiple client orders simultaneously.Strong proficiency with Excel, CRM, and order management tools .High attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under pressure.Proactive problem-solving attitude and strong sense of ownership.Preferred Qualifications
Experience with web-to-print or B2B portals .Familiarity with artwork proofing, job tickets, and prepress workflows .Background in customer relationship management or client coordination roles.Shift Type : Full-time (Night Shift)
Working Hours : 9 : 00 PM to 6 : 00 AM IST (to align with U.S. business hours)
Days : Monday to Friday
Weekend : Saturday–Sunday Off
Flexibility required for occasional overtime during peak order periods or urgent client requests.
