Contract Staffing Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Contract Staffing Division , overseeing end-to-end recruitment operations.
• Build, mentor, and guide a high-performing team of recruiters to achieve business goals and delivery targets.
• Partner with Tier 1 and Tier 2 clients to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery and quick turnaround times.
• Develop and implement effective hiring strategies for high-volume, niche, and project-based staffing requirements.
• Drive process improvements, implement best practices, and leverage data-driven insights to enhance efficiency.
• Stay updated with industry trends, recruitment tools, and emerging technologies to optimize the staffing function.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders for forecasting, planning, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance, documentation, and operational excellence across all staffing activities.
