️ Your Mission

As our Lean – Site Continuous Improvement Leader , you’ll be the driving force behind elevating performance, streamlining operations, and embedding a mindset of innovation across the site. You’ll lead improvement initiatives, coach teams, and deliver measurable impact through lean methodologies and strategic project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Capability Building : Invest in your own growth and support others through coaching, training, and professional development.

Lean Process Development : Identify inefficiencies and implement lean solutions to enhance manufacturing methods and systems.

Continuous Improvement : Champion innovation and lead initiatives that deliver sustainable improvements in quality, cost, and delivery.

Performance Reporting : Deliver insightful reports and presentations that guide decision-making and stakeholder engagement.

What You Bring

12–15 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, or continuous improvement roles

Deep expertise in lean tools, project management, and data-driven decision making

Strong planning, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills

A mindset that’s innovative, customer-focused, and resilient in the face of complexity

Proven ability to lead change, influence culture, and deliver results
