Chief Sales Officer (CSO) - Founding Member

HR Codes Consulting is seeking an entrepreneurial and driven Chief Sales Officer (CSO) to join our foundational leadership team. As a Founding Member, you will be instrumental in building our sales strategy, structure, and client base from the ground up, positioning HR Codes Consulting for rapid growth in the HR services and product space. The Role : Your Mandate :

This is a high-impact, equity-driven leadership role for an individual who thrives in a startup environment and is ready to build a sales organization from scratch. The CSO will be the face of HR Codes Consulting to prospective clients, directly responsible for generating foundational revenue and establishing our market presence.

Key Responsibilities :

  • P&L and Business Development Leadership : Take ownership of the business development and client acquisition function. Develop and execute a robust, multi-year sales strategy to achieve aggressive revenue targets.
  • Foundational Client Generation (Service & Product Sales) : Personally lead the charge in identifying, pitching, negotiating, and closing initial, high-value contracts for our comprehensive suite of services including :
  • HR Technology implementations and Turnkey Solutions.
  • HR Transformation & Change Management.
  • Organizational Structuring & Banding, and Job Architecture Design.
  • Compensation Benchmarking & Design (Total Rewards).
  • Leadership & Executive Hiring.

People Analytics Frameworks.

  • CXO-Level Engagement : Leverage an existing network and strong corporate sales experience to build relationships and close deals directly with CXOs, CHROs / CPOs / HR Heads, Founders, CEOs, and CFOs.
  • Sales Team Build-out : Design the future sales organization structure, define key roles, recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team as the company scales.
  • Sales Infrastructure : Implement processes and tools to ensure every engagement follows our successful approach : starting with a detailed consultation, providing a clear roadmap with milestones and cost analysis, and ensuring ongoing support and product implementation.
  • Qualifications & Experience :

    Age : 35 - 45 Years.

    Education : MBA from a reputable institution is required.

    Experience : 12 - 20 years of progressive experience in corporate sales and business development, with a significant portion in a leadership capacity.

    Domain Expertise : Proven track record in selling HR professional services and / or HR Technology / Product solutions.

    Executive Access : Demonstrated ability to open doors and successfully navigate complex sales cycles with C-Suite executives (CXOs, CHROs, CEOs).

    Startup Mindset : Must be a self-starter, highly resourceful, comfortable with ambiguity, and driven by a desire to build a successful company from the ground floor.

    Location : Any Location (Global / Domestic)

    Mode of Work : Virtual / Hybrid (Requires a high degree of self-discipline and ability to travel as needed for client meetings and foundational team Member Equity : This role is primarily based on a significant Equity Stake in HR Codes Consulting.

    Cash Compensation : A competitive salary and performance bonus structure will be rolled out after 6 months from the date of appointment, contingent upon achieving pre-agreed-upon foundational business milestones.
