Job descriptionEnsure adherence to construction drawings and specifications. Implement quality control measures and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Identify and resolve technical issues that arise during construction. Prepare project reports, progress updates, and documentation for management review. Ensure compliance with local building codes, legal requirements, and regulatory approvals. B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification. 7+ years of experience in construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project management tools, and safety regulations. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other construction management software. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Experience working on luxury residential

Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee end-to-end project execution for Villa construction, ensuring compliance with design, safety, and quality standards.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely completion.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and site teams for smooth project execution.
