- Proven experience as an IT Recruiter, preferably within a similar industry
- Person should have at least 2-3 years' experience in SubCon, IT Staffing, or Contract Hiring – must for this role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Experience with various sourcing and recruitment techniques
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A proactive and results-oriented approach
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Knowledge of employment law and best practices
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Excellent attention to detail
- Degree in Human Resources or a related field (desirable)
