We are seeking a Senior Accountant for our Madurai location. This full-time position requires a maximum of 10 years of work experience in financial services. Qualifications And Skills

• Internal Controls (Mandatory skill) - Experience in developing and implementing effective internal control systems to enhance the financial integrity of the organization.
• Reconciliations (Mandatory skill) - Expertise in performing detailed reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial reporting and record keeping.
• Financial Reporting (Mandatory skill) - Proven proficiency in preparing comprehensive financial statements and reports to guide decision-making.
• Account Reconciliation - Skilled in reconciling general ledger accounts, ensuring all transactions are accounted for and discrepancies rectified.
• Tax Compliance - Strong understanding of tax regulations and compliance requirements to manage and prepare accurate tax filings.
• Month-End Close - Experience in managing and executing month-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial representation.
• Budgeting - Competence in preparing and managing budgets, monitoring performance against budget, and conducting variance analysis.
