We are hiring an SDET Manager to strengthen quality and automation across our platform engineering organization. The role requires deep expertise in testing distributed systems, cloud-native platforms, and automation frameworks, along with strong leadership and collaboration skills.

About the Role

What you'll do at EvoluteIQ :

• Lead and mentor SDET / QA team
• Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
• Understand the customer use cases and incidents and come up with test scenarios as needed
• Define platform-centric QA strategy, policies, and best practices.
• Architect and maintain scalable automation frameworks for platform services.
• Ensure testability and reliability of microservices and distributed systems.
• Automate tests across API, UI, performance, reliability, and security.
• Integrate automated testing into CI / CD pipelines for platform components.
• Develop contract testing, service virtualization, and chaos testing strategies.
• Drive test planning, execution, and reporting for platform releases.
• Reduce defect leakage.
• Collaborate with Product / Engineering / DevOps to ensure platform stability and release readiness.
• Lead RCA and drive continuous quality improvements.
