Role Overview
We are looking for 2 HR Executive to support our Global People Shared Services team. The role involves managing day-to-day HR operations such as onboarding, employee data management, documentation, and coordination with global teams.
This is a great opportunity for freshers with excellent communication skills who are eager to build a career in Human Resources .
Key Responsibilities
Support onboarding and offboarding activities and maintain employee records accurately.
Prepare and manage HR documents such as offer letters, confirmations, and contracts.
Ensure all employee data is updated correctly in HR systems.
Coordinate with payroll, finance, and other teams to ensure smooth HR operations.
Handle employee queries promptly and professionally.
Support HR audits, reports, and data requests.
Shift : EMEA Shift / Rotational (Cab facility available)
US Shift / Rotational (Cab facility available)
Skills Required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and good organizational ability.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) .
Ability to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
High sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and teamwork.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Up to 1 years of experience in HR operations, shared services, or employee management preferred.
